The issue should be addressed within the society itself. The following should be included in the bye-laws by amending the bye-laws in order to ensure that the society&#8217;s atmosphere is free of disputes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dearsociety.in\/post\/2019\/01\/09\/bye-laws-adoption\/\">See here to: <strong><u>Bye-Laws Adoption.<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"background-color: #516eab; color: #fff; padding: 10px; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 6px;\"><strong>The following text should be included in Bye-law No. 174.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>174: If the Member\/Members are not satisfied by the decision of the Committee, or does not receive any communication from the committee within 15 days, the complainant Member can file complaint or grievances with the society&#8217;s grievance redressal and advisory committee constituted by the general body of the society. The composition and powers of such committee shall be as decided by the general meeting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/dearsociety.in\/contact.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Accounts management and Audits.<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"background-color: #516eab; color: #fff; padding: 10px; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 6px;\">By-law No. 174A should be included with the following text.<\/p>\n<p>174A: Grievance Redressal and Advisory Committee<br \/>\n\u201cAt the general meeting, a committee of three active members of the society will be constituted. Society Committee members cannot be appointed in this Advisory Committee. The chairperson of this Advisory Committee will be the senior member from among the appointed members. If the Member\/Members are not satisfied by the decision of such Advisory Committee, the complainant Member may approach below mentioned Competent Authority.\u201d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dearsociety.in\/post\/2021\/05\/29\/important-points-about-agm\/\">Read this for AGM:\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Important points about AGM<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"background-color: #516eab; color: #fff; padding: 10px; font-weight: bold; margin-bottom: 6px;\"><strong>In order to amend the Bye-Laws, the resolution must be passed by a 2\/3<sup>rd <\/sup>majority of the members present at the general meeting, which must be approved by the registrar and only then the Bye-Laws came into force.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This advisory committee can solve many internal disputes, saving both time and money.
